Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. In stock orders placed after 8:00 a.m. PT, will ship out the following business day or you will be notified within five (5) business days of any delay in shipment. Keep in mind that delivery time does not include order-processing time. Please note: In stock items may be depleted at any time, depending on the number of orders for that particular item.

Standard Service - Items will usually be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) if Standard Service is requested. The standard shipping rate for one item is $3.95, $4.95 for 2-3 items, and $5.95 for orders of four or more items. Shipments to Alaska/Hawaii/Armed Forces/PO Boxes/Canada/U.S. Territories will be shipped via the USPS only for a flat rate of $5.95.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times for the USPS. Depending on where product is shipped from and your location, normal delivery usually takes 3-10 days, however we allow 21 days for delivery (30 days for Alaska/Hawaii/Armed Forces/Canada/U.S. Territories shipments and 45 days for International shipments).

If you have not received your order after 21 days from the original ship date (30 days for Alaska/Hawaii/Armed Forces/Canada/U.S. Territories shipments and 45 days for International shipments), please contact Customer Care at 1-866-4-Recovery or 1-866-473-2683 outside the U.S. 1-310-802-0215 -- M-F 6:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. PT or email: infro@PrimetimeRecovery.com.

If we can't fill your entire order quickly, we may send you a partial shipment. The balance of your order will be placed on backorder and you will be notified via email. The second shipment will always be sent via the USPS and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. Backorder shipments will only be made when the remainder of the order is available to ship or when your order is due to expire (after 30 days) and some titles are available to ship.

2nd Business Day - The 2nd Business Day shipping rate is $9.95, regardless of number of items shipped. In most cases we ship FedEx, but some orders will ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Packages arrive at their destination two business days after shipping. In stock orders placed before 9:00 a.m. PT (on normal business days) will be shipped that day. In Stock orders placed after 9:00 a.m. PT, will be shipped the following business day. A signature will be required upon receipt for proof of delivery.

Orders of $100 or more must be shipped via 2nd Business Day service for your protection. FedEx charges an additional $10 for address changes and rerouting for any order in transit. The additional FedEx $10 service fee will be billed to you if you request an address change or package reroute.

Next Business Day - The Next Business Day shipping rate is $14.95, regardless of the number of items shipped. Shipping Rates

Orders with four or more items are eligible for flat-rate shipping for Standard ($6.95), 2nd Business Day ($9.95) and Next Business Day ($14.95) shipments. There is no limit to the number of items you can ship at the flat rate.

Free Shipping Qualifications

Free shipping will be applied to orders that meet the following criteria:

  • Orders must meet the specified hurdle to ship for free via the United States Postal Service (USPS). An option to upgrade to 2nd Business Day for a reduced rate may also be available.
  • Orders $150 and over will ship via 2nd Business Day for free.
  • Free Shipping Offers are limited to orders shipped to addresses within the U.S. Shipping offers cannot be combined or used with other offers All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces, PO Boxes and U.S. Territories will be shipped via the USPS.
  • Free Shipping Offers will be applied to the merchandise subtotal (excluding taxes, Gift Cards and eGift Cards).

Colleges & Universities

To ensure that your order is received by the campus, provide the following:

Address Line 1: Name of College or University
Address Line 2: Physical Street Address (If applicable, include a building name, letter or number, dormitory name, letter or number and department name, letter or number).

Business Addresses

To ensure that your order is delivered to the proper address, provide the following:

Address Line 1: Name of Business
Address Line 2: Physical Street Address (If applicable, include a suite name, letter or number, room name, letter or number and floor number).

Apartment/Duplex

To ensure that your order is delivered to the proper address, provide the following:

Address Line 1: Physical Street Address
Address Line 2: Apt. Number

Mixed & Split Orders

If your order includes any combination of items marked "In Stock", "Low Stock", "Ships from Warehouse in 3-5 days", "Special Order", or "Advance Order", then we consider your order to be a Mixed Order.

Mixed Orders shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS): Available items will ship within 3-5 business days. Any remaining items will be placed on "Special Order" for delivery as soon as they become available. Items that are unavailable after 30 days will be automatically canceled. You will only be charged for items as they ship.

Mixed Orders shipped via FedEx: All available items will ship the day the order is placed if placed by before 9:00 a.m. PT (on normal business days). Otherwise, all available items will be shipped the following business day if the order is placed after 9:00 a.m. PT. The backorder package will be shipped for free via the USPS.

If your order contains an Advance Order item, the entire order will be held until the Advance Order items ships. If you need the In Stock items quickly, we advise you to place separate orders.

Split Orders (Orders in which items ship from different warehouses) If you order more than one item, you could receive shipments from different warehouses. We refer to orders that are shipped from more than one warehouse as Split Orders.

Our primary warehouse is in California and our secondary warehouses are in Florida. Most of our import titles and VHS titles ship from Florida. Depending upon what you have ordered, product could ship to you from California and/or Florida. Each warehouse can ship up to two packages, so you could receive up to six different packages!

Backorders

If we can't fill your entire order quickly, we may send you a partial shipment. The balance of your order will then be placed on Backorder and you will be notified via email. Orders sent to PO Boxes will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Standard Service shipping rates apply and delivery times will vary.

Military Addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and U.S. Territories

We charge a flat rate of $4.95 per order shipped to military addresses and to addresses within Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and U.S. Territories. Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes and Customs. We will use the carrier of our choice and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day service is not available.
