She has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (1988-1992) and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Loyola Marymount University (1998). She has two years experience as a Domestic Violence Counselor (1990-1992), has five years experience in a psychotherapeutic environment (1988-1992), has five years specializing in Human Resource Management (1998-2003) and has been personally recovered from alcoholism since 1992.

On a personal level, since 1988, she had been searching for a method of living that would solve her problems and give her success in life. In 1992, she realized she was an alcoholic and found this method of living through Bob Anderson's message, which completely transformed her life. In her professional and personal experience, she has never heard a message so critically important to recovery and to living a healthy and happy life.
